Verify actual value potentiometer 2 :
While IGNITION = ON:
And gas pedal in idle speed position: 0.3-0.9 V
And gas pedal in kick down position: > Idle Speed value

Also check the power supply of valve potentiometer 1 and 2 :
While IGNITION = ON : 4.75-5.25 V
